Vickie leads the HR team to support, advice and coach stakeholders on the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, employee relations and learning and development.

She joined the United Synagogue from Zaha Hadid Architects where she held responsibility for the Global HR & Front of House functions. Her previous roles include Chief HR Officer at HCA Private Hospitals, Personnel Manager at JD Wetherspoon and Personnel & Development Manager at P&O.

As an HR Generalist, she has strong experience leading various change projects across a plethora of industries such as retail, hospitality, leisure and travel.

Vickie strives to ensure the needs of our employees, the Jewish community and the charity are equally nurtured and achieved.
