Fleurise was elected as a Trustee of the United Synagogue in July 2017 and re-elected in 2021.

Fleurise is currently Chief Executive of the International Benefits Network, a global network of insurance brokers following roles at membership, partnership and media organisations.

Fleurise is married with young children and is an active member of Kinloss (Finchley Synagogue). Her husband is Chair of Kinloss, whilst she is a former board member.
