Circa: £35,000 per annum

Highgate Synagogue is an exciting, thriving, active and vibrant community of over 300 families. We seek an individual to partner with stakeholders in supporting the community’s further development.

This role requires sensitivity, exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with experience of successfully managing and working in a team. The ability to work efficiently using own initiative, to manage conflicting priorities and deliver results under pressure are also essential.

The ideal candidate will oversee a range of activities, events and welfare needs across the community as well as managing all aspects of the synagogue administration. Applicants should have good administrative, marketing and finance experience with excellent customer care skills, strong computer skills and practical use of Social Networking Sites.

A good knowledge of Jewish customs and practice is essential.
