CONNECT, is a new initiative created by the Central , New West End and Western Marble Arch Synagogues.
The theme for the next session is TERRORISM 2015.
The Keynote speakers for the evening will be Peter Neumann - Director of ICSR and Professor of Security Studies at King College London, Mark Gardner - Director of Communications at the CST, and a former captive of a Middle East terrorist group.
The panel will be moderated with Henry Grunwald OBE QC.
The event will include lectures given by Rabbi Malcom Herman from SEED on 'Heroism and terrorism: Exploring halachic parameters of live saving and risk taking', Rabbi Dr Moshe Freedman from New West End Synagogue on 'Ethics of the Battlefield - War in Jewish Law' and Dr Sagit Yehoshua from Kings College London on 'Terrorist Leaders in Israeli Prisons - Profiles and Attitudes'.
This will be followed by a light buffet dinner, giving participants a chance to eat and meet.
The event will take place at a Central London venue which will be disclosed in the booking confirmation.
