Radlett United Synagogue recently hosted their ‘Cookathon’ for the third year running. Over sixty people came together to volunteer, which was the largest turnout so far.

The volunteers spent time cooking food for the homeless, as well as wrapping donated gifts for the emergency services. All the food was donated via two organisations: Rhythm of Life and Chesed.

This event was a huge success, with each year of the Cookathon bringing in more and more volunteers. One of the attendees said, “It is so amazing to see where all the food goes and how grateful everyone was to receive a hot meal.”
