This week, Pinner United Synagogue launched their new in-person, Covid-safe programme for children, called SPARK. SPARK is a Sunday morning programme which focuses on Jewish learning and fun, and has two classes: 'mini-sparks' for children in nursery and reception and spark ignite for children in year 1 and year 2.

SPARK is part of broader programming for families and young children in Pinner and is the spark of new growth and regeneration in the leafy village of Pinner.

Rebbetzen Abi Kurzer said: “The plan is for SPARK to grow with the children’s ages as we welcome more children from Pinner and surrounding areas. After months of no children entering the shul, it was magical to see the children running around on the outside play equipment and laughing and smiling together as they jumped and sung the morning tefillot. We are so excited to be starting this fantastic programme.”
