Newlyweds Programme

Newlyweds Programme

The US Living & Learning Newlyweds Programme provides newly married couples with an inspiring introduction to issues which can arise during the first years of a Jewish marriage.

The programme is tailored to aid the building of strong foundations for a Jewish home, to help couples make their marriage happy and successful and to meet other newlyweds in their area.

Groups are determined based on location. Each session is led by a US Rabbi or leading Jewish educators. They explore with the participants Jewish ideas such as building a Jewish home, Pesach as a married couple and the importance of family and community. Couples are given the opportunity to ask questions and meet new people from the same community in a warm, friendly environment. A catered supper is included.

Spread out over seven sessions, the Newlyweds programme concludes at the home of the Chief Rabbi, where the participants will hear an inspirational address by the Chief Rabbi followed by a light reception.
