Luton Synagogue has a now well established and successful series of events under the banner of Luton Cultural Centre.  A recent inter communal event was a meeting at which a panel of representatives of the three Abrahamic Faiths answered questions which explored the similarities and differences between the traditions and beliefs of Judaism, Christianity and Islam. The event was hosted at a local Roman Catholic Church and was attended by all three faiths and helped improve further the good relations between Faith Groups in Luton.

Luton is honoured to host an event on Sunday May 7th at which Jonathan Arkush, President of the Jewish Board of Deputies, will speak on the topic is: “Our community is facing challenges – can we cope?”

Our community feels a real honour to have such a a high profile speaker, who will talk on a topic of such great interest.

The event is at 3pm in our new refurbished synagogue. Refreshments will be served and all are welcome to attend.
