Brondesbury Park's Record-Breaking Hat-Trick Week of Brissim

Last week saw Brondesbury Park Synagogue notch-up a new record of three brissim in one week.

The trio follows a record-breaking year of births for the community in 2012, and of the 26 children born last year, 15 were boys – so the male gene is currently in the ascendency at Brondesbury, but only just!

The simcha-celebrating families were Warren and Sarah Minde, with baby Leo; Darryl and Tracy Sacke, with baby Daniel; and Thomas and Lisa Levin, with baby Max.

Brondesbury hopes to continue to keep the mohelim busy in 2013.

Rabbi Baruch Levin said: “Quite apart from the tangible shift in demographics brought to bear with the birth of so many children into the community, their presence further cements the partnership between the Brondesbury community and our local school North West London Jewish Day School; allowing us to jointly create a vibrant environment for our children to flourish Jewishly.”
