PRESS RELEASE

A NEW SYNAGOGUE TO MEET THE EALING COMMUNITY’S FUTURE

Members of Ealing United Synagogue have overwhelmingly endorsed plans to redevelop its synagogue to meet the needs of the community for the future.

The Chairman of the synagogue, Robin Preston welcomed the news saying:

“We are all delighted that the US trustees have agreed to assist the Ealing community to ensure we have facilities fit for the future. These plans mean that we can have both religious services and social functions for many years to come within a refurbished multi-use building.”

The works are planned to begin after the 2010 Yom Tov season and it is hoped they will be completed by summer 2011.
