DISCOUNT VOUCHERS MAKE KOSHER DINING A TREAT TO CELEBRATE KOSHER FOOD GUIDE'S 25TH YEAR
There's good news in store for kosher food fans as a new twist on an old favourite hits the shops this week. The latest edition of the United Synagogue's KLBD Really Jewish Food Guide now features an all new section of restaurant discount vouchers - worth well over one hundred pounds to diners.
In addition, this year's publication includes over seven thousand products of which one thousand are brand new, covering everything from chocolate to cheese and alcoholic drinks to medicines.
Now in its 25th year, the Guide is Europe's definitive publication when it comes to keeping kosher, and with the arrival of the restaurant coupons section, this indispensible kosher companion is a great way to save money when eating out.
Any time during 2010, the vouchers can be used for a meal by up to six diners with 10 out of 11 vouchers offering a 15% discount.
Rabbi Jeremy Conway, KLBD Kashrut Director explains: "The Guide not only helps people to eat kosher food, but now gives them a great deal at many of London's wonderful kosher restaurants."
