Electronic Board Unveiled At Bushey

PRESS RELEASE

London,
17 July 2009

ELECTRONIC BOARD UNVEILED AT BUSHEY

A new electronic notice board was unveiled at Bushey Cemetery last week which will assist mourners arriving at the site and enable them to quickly and easily identify where they need to be. With Bushey being the United Synagogue's most visited cemetery, the new board will clarify which services are planned and at what time, who will be leading them and in which respective hall they will take place.

The board has been kindly donated by Helen Abraham from Hendon, in memory of her son Lincoln who died in the Tsunami disaster December 26 2004.

Melvyn Hartog, Head of Burial Services at the United Synagogue said:
We are greatly appreciative to Helen Abraham who has enabled this important facility to be installed. With all our services now computerised, not only will it help our visitors but our staff can continue giving the high professional service that we strive towards at the US.
