INTERIM BOSS FOR US
The former vice-president of the United Synagogue, Stuart Taylor, has been appointed as interim chief executive as the selection process to find a permanent replacement for Rabbi Saul Zneimer continues. Rabbi Zneimer will leave the US after a short hand-over period in November.
Mr Taylor, son of the late chazan of Dollis Hill Synagogue, sits as a judge for the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal and the Pensions Appeal Tribunal. He was vice-president of the US from 1999 to 2005, and is a former chairman of British Mizrachi.
