Carole Marlow serves as Rabbi Conway’s PA and is also the Kashrut Division’s official secretary. Born in Paris, Mrs. Marlow immigrated to Israel where she served in the Israeli Army.

Upon completing her military duties Mrs. Marlow worked for the Israeli Aircraft Industry.

It was when she arrived in England that Mrs. Marlow’s talents were realised whereupon she became employed in her present position. Being fluent in several languages is a useful tool when taking calls from all parts of the world and redirecting them within the Division.

Some of Mrs. Marlow’s roles include organising Rabbi Conway’s busy schedule, coordinating the KLBD’s licensees, in excess of a hundred, for their yearly licence renewal and ensuring that the office timetable is adhered to.
