The United Synagogue

Michael coordinates educational and social programming assisting communities in getting the benefits of being part of the wider United Synagogue community.
From education to social events to heritage tours, the Living and Learning team helps communities run activities they could not do by themselves in an authentic Jewish atmosphere.
Michael studied at Yeshivat Hamivtar and the Sh'aal Institute in Israel and at the Universities of Leeds and London. He is a qualified solicitor with a focus on planning law, including current work on an Eruv project. Michael also serves as assistant rabbi at South Hampstead United Synagogue in London, is an adjunct faculty member at the London School of Jewish Studies and writes for the 'You and Us' website.
